• Device information: We may receive basic device and operating system information provided by the platform (iOS/Android) for the purpose of crash reporting and compatibility.

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:

• Support emails are retained for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, then deleted.
